Trackside Legends (“the game”) is developed by Codersforge. This policy explains what data the game handles and how. By using the game you agree to this policy.
Any data the game creates — such as your settings and game progress — is stored locally on your device only. It is never transmitted off your device, we do not have access to it, and the game does not back it up to the cloud.
The game displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and transmit certain data (such as device information, IP address, and an advertising identifier) as described in Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We request non-personalized ads by default, and where required we show a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) so you can manage your choices.
We do not require an account, we do not collect your name or email, and we use no third-party analytics beyond what the advertising SDK above requires.
The game is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
